Frequently Asked Questions

Does the patient need to come into a clinic?
No. Our providers visit the patient at home, at an assisted living facility, or wherever the patient is located. There is no need to travel to a clinic.
Does the patient need to have Medicare?
Our services are focused on Medicare patients. Eligibility is reviewed individually. If you are unsure about coverage, our team can help walk you through what to expect.
What if the patient is already receiving home health services?
That is a good sign. We work alongside existing home health agencies and nursing teams. Our providers coordinate care and share clinical notes with the existing team.
What are amniotic placental grafts?
Amniotic placental grafts are an advanced wound care option that may be used when clinically appropriate. They are not used for every patient. Our providers assess each patient individually to determine the right treatment approach.
How quickly can someone be seen?
We aim to respond to all requests within one business day. Once eligibility is confirmed, we work to schedule a visit as promptly as possible based on the patient's location and availability.
Is this available in my area?
